GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE SITE
These general terms and conditions represent an agreement between you and Diniva DZZD, which gives you the right to use the services of the sites for personal and non-commercial purposes subject to the conditions below. These general terms and conditions are binding only in the relationship between you as a User of the services of the site and Diniva DZZD. By accessing (loading) the websites, you agree to be bound by these general terms and conditions and any subsequent changes to them, and you agree to abide by them. Definitions
Users state that they are familiar with and agree with the definitions of the following terms:

"Malicious acts or omissions" means acts or omissions that violate the law, Internet ethics and / or harm persons connected to the Internet or associated networks, such as: sending unsolicited mail (unsolicited commercial communications, SPAM), gaining access to resources with foreign rights and passwords, use of deficiencies in systems for their own benefit or information retrieval (HACK), committing actions that may qualify as industrial espionage or sabotage, damage or destruction of systems or information files (CRACK), sending "Trojans" or causing the installation of viruses or remote control systems, disrupting the normal operation of other Internet users and associated networks, and performing any action in the above sense.
An "accidental event" is an unforeseen circumstance of an extraordinary nature at the time of the conclusion of the contract, which makes the provision of the services objectively impossible.

All intellectual property rights over the information resources and materials published on the site are subject to protection under the current Law on Copyright and Related Rights, and their unregulated use is a violation of law and leads to civil, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with applicable law. Diniva DZZD is a personal data administrator registered under the Personal Data Protection Act.
